My Dear Fellow Grievers,
This week we observed Remembrance Day, pausing to honor all those who sacrificed so much. It’s a powerful day marked by the world’s collective respect, love, and memory.
For those of us on a grief journey, Remembrance Day offers us the same opportunity to honor our lost loved ones.
In many ways, grief is an ongoing act of remembrance. Every memory, cherished photo, and favorite song brings them back to us. Taking moments of silence, like those observed on Remembrance Day, can help us reconnect with the love that still lives on inside us, even when it feels painful.
This act of remembering strengthens our ongoing relationship with them, bringing peace and a sense of connection.
Honor the memories of your loved ones: light a candle, share favorite stories or take a moment of quiet reflection. Every gesture is a tribute to your love.
So today carry the spirit of Remembrance Day forward, knowing that remembering is a powerful part of healing.
It takes courage to mourn and to keep going, but each memory we hold close, lights your path forward.
Dedicated to Your Peace
