My Dear Fellow Grievers,

As we navigate our way through this month, I wanted to share a personal moment with you. Tomorrow would have been my mother's 91st birthday, and it stirs up emotions every time it comes around, especially since this is the second one since she passed.

Grieving is a journey we're all on, seeking ways to connect to and honor those we've lost.

In this week’s newsletter, we're delving into the idea of heavenly birthdays, shining a light on how they can stand as important milestones in our healing and remembrance process.

Heavenly birthdays aren't just dates on the calendar; they're heartfelt opportunities to remember and celebrate the lives of our loved ones who are no longer with us.

Instead of focusing on the void left behind, let's use these special days to celebrate the love and light they brought into our lives!

On this day, consider sending a big hug their way, lighting a candle in their honor, or maybe even performing a random act of kindness – something that would make them proud.

My mother had a passion for singing, so playing her favorite albums can bring a sense of her presence. Perhaps you could even indulge in their favorite food and drinks to honor their memory.

And remember, you're never alone on this journey. Don't hesitate to lean on friends, family, or support groups if you need a helping hand.

Finding community during times of remembrance can provide comfort and solace.

So let's honor the heavenly birthdays of our loved ones, finding joy and comfort in the cherished memories we hold dear and the beautiful legacies they've left behind.
