My Dear Fellow Grievers,

This week, I came across a powerful belief that really resonated with me: "I KNOW, that no matter what the world throws at me, I can handle it."

I may not like it but I can handle it.

It’s simple, but in the context of grief, it’s like a lifeline. When you’re in the worst situation of your entire life—when grief blindsides you—it’s hard to imagine healing, let alone believing that things will get better.

But this belief isn’t about liking the difficult things that come our way. It’s about trusting that we can handle them.

Think back to a time when you faced something that felt impossible (and we’ve all had those moments). Maybe it wasn’t grief, but something that, in the moment, you couldn’t see a way through.

Yet here you are—still standing! You made it through, and you're stronger because of it!

Grief is no different. It feels overwhelming, but you can handle it!

You’ll learn coping mechanisms, strategies, and techniques that will help you heal—bit by bit, step by step.

And while the pain may not disappear completely, you’ll discover that each day, you handle it better and better.

This week, I invite you to plant this seed in your heart: “I KNOW, that no matter what the world throws at me, I can handle it.” I may not like it but I can handle it.

Nurture it. Let it grow, even in your hardest moments.

You are stronger than you think!
