My Dear Fellow Grievers,
This week I come to you from northern Ontario because I’m on vacation visiting family!
We were talking a couple of weeks ago about the healing of grief being a journey … and taking breaks in your grief journey is crucial, just like taking a vacation.
Vacations offer a break from routine, stepping away from the intensity of grief can provide much-needed relief and perspective.
Hit that pause button on the rollercoaster of emotions to give yourself a moment of respite because even amidst the heaviness of loss, moments of respite are not only okay but necessary for your well-being.
So, this week, give yourself permission to take those breaks, to recharge, and to trust that brighter days are on the horizon, waiting for you to embrace them.

Remember, even amidst grief, it's okay to take a step back and breathe.
To Your Peace
