Your Bucket List!

My Dear Fellow Grievers,

I’m back from vacation!

I had a wonderful time so I’m revitalized and refreshed and ready to go.

My calendar today was a quote from Oprah Winfrey:

“Devote today to something so daring even you can’t believe you’re doing it.”

My life (like everyone elses) does have challenges, like the death of a dear loved one and recently my own personal health scare. So … it got me to thinking.

Thinking about what have I done, what have I accomplished.

Some people have bucket lists to make sure they experience what our world has to offer.

Do you have a bucket list?

I don’t have an official one but one place I want to go is Hawaii. I took skydiving lessons once and the weather turned nasty so I never did jump – I’d still like to though. I’d love to take my whole family on a tropical vacation.

Perhaps we all need to take a few minutes and write out our bucket list. Life is too precious so I quote Abraham Lincoln “And in the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years.”

I challenge you to create your bucket list!
Let’s start with 10 things that will put a big smile on your face.

Let's make plans and have adventures that fill life with love and joy, even in the absence of the physical presence of our dear loved ones. (They’d love that you’re happy!)

Tips to Get Started:
Think about those dreams you've always had but never pursued. What excites you? What scares you?

Begin with small steps that push you just a little out of your shell.

The goal is to add excitement and fulfillment to your life, not stress. Choose things that will bring you joy.

Share your list with friends or family. They might join you in your daring adventures or offer support.

Let's Dare Together

I’d love to hear about your bucket lists, daring or not! Feel free to share a few items from your list with me and the community

Together, we can inspire and encourage each other to live boldly and embrace life’s adventures.

Until next time, stay daring and keep shining!

To Your Peace
