My Fellow Grievers,
This week, I want to dive into a theme that's both heavy and hopeful:
“The Road to Resurrection.”
It's a journey you unwillingly find yourself on after the loss of a loved one, much like Jesus did all those years ago.
In the depths of despair, pain, and suffering, it's easy to feel consumed by darkness, like you're in your own personal hell.
And just as Jesus conquered death to bring light into the world, you too must confront the death of your loved one to find your own love light.
It's an unwanted journey that takes you through the darkest corners of your soul, forcing you to confront your deepest fears and insecurities.
Like Jesus, I made it through the road to resurrection and if He and I can do it, you can too!
It’s worth it! You will never to the same but you will be happy and whole again. You can rise up, discovering new strengths and passions, transforming and renewing yourself.
So, if you find yourself struggling to see the light at the end of the tunnel, remember this: just as Jesus emerged from the depths of despair to bring hope to the world, you too can emerge from your darkness, ready to embrace life once more.
We’ll talk about that road to resurrection in tomorrow’s workshop.
It’s not too late to join us.
